RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Arlo & Olive. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us, however if something isn’t right, you may return your garment / order for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Your return request must be submitted within 7 days for a refund (minus shipping costs)
Your garment must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If you would like to return your order after the 7 days, you may return for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    SALE ITEMS

    Sale items are non-refundable, however if you are unsatisfied with your order you may return for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your item (minus shipping costs)
    Please note - this also includes sale periods.

      EXCHANGES

      You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a different size or colour. To avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing the new item immediately as our pieces are limited and often not restocked, and we will process your refund once we receive the return.
      If you would like to wait until we received your original item, we will do our best to fulfil your exchange on return, however we cannot guarantee that we will have the item in stock.

      FAULTY ITEMS

      On the rare occasion that one of your Arlo pieces is faulty, we will accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
      Please email hello@arloandolive.com to request an RA number to complete your return.
      Once we receive your item, we will inspect to ensure fault is our responsibility and not caused by the customer. Once your refund or store credit is approved it will be issued to the original method of payment.
      We recommend using a tracked return as we do not take any responsibility for lost returns.
      Please ensure you include your RA number inside your parcel.
